Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

Cancellations

Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a one-night cancellation fee.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used for the transaction via the SmartPay gateway. Please allow 7-14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
